Arrival and Departure
Check-in: From 4:00 PM. You will receive the access code for the key safe by email shortly before your arrival.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Please leave the apartment swept clean and ensure all windows and doors are closed.
Quiet Hours
We kindly ask you to observe **quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM**. Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment. For our smoking guests, a furnished, covered terrace and an ashtray outside the building are available.
Parties and Events
Unauthorized **parties or loud events are not permitted in the apartments.** For planned celebrations, please speak with us in advance – we have special premises available for such occasions.
Cleanliness and Waste
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
Waste should be separated and disposed of in the designated bins. Information on waste separation can be found in the apartment.
Handling the Apartment
Please treat the furnishings and appliances with care.
Ventilate the apartment regularly.
Please turn off all lights and electronic devices when leaving the apartment.
Pets
**Pets must be registered.** Please inform us before your arrival if you plan to bring a pet.
Damages
Should anything be damaged, please inform us immediately so we can take care of it.
